Who We Are
We are a new community for the people of Kingston and beyond.
Vision
We exist for the renewal of Kingston and beyond.
Mission
We outwork our vision by gathering a community of people passionate about revival and reaching every nation with the Gospel.
We believe that every time we gather, the Holy Spirit equips and empowers us to bring God’s love and transformation into the world. As we scatter into our daily lives—whether in our workplaces, neighborhoods, or communities—we carry the essence of God’s kingdom with us, bringing His will on earth as it is in heaven. The gospel’s transformative power begins within, renewing hearts and lives, and flows outward, creating a ripple effect that touches and reshapes the world around us. Together, we are part of God’s unfolding story of renewal and hope.
Our sending Church
We’re sent by RCCG Living Water church in Middlesbrough where Tosin served for three years overseeing the youth, young adults and student ministry following his time at Teesside University Middlesbrough
Our oversight
We are overseen by representatives of amazing church denominations across the country and strategic partnerships in the Church of England and the free Baptist church in England.
Our Values
God-Dependence: Relying fully on God’s presence and guidance (Zechariah 4:6).
Audacious Faith: Believing God for the impossible and stepping out in faith (Hebrews 11).
Love as Foundation: Fostering a community centered on Jesus, rooted in love for God, each other, and humanity (John 13:35).
Our Beliefs
We hold on to the traditional teachings of Christian orthodoxy as presented in the creeds:
The Apostles Creed
I believe in God, the Father almighty, creator of heaven and earth.
I believe in Jesus Christ, his only Son, our Lord, who was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary, suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, died, and was buried; he descended to the dead.
On the third day he rose again; he ascended into heaven, he is seated at the right hand of the Father, and he will come to judge the living and the dead.I believe in the Holy Spirit, the holy catholic Church, the communion of saints, the forgiveness of sins, the resurrection of the body, and the life everlasting.
Amen.
The Nicene Creed
I believe in one God, the Father Almighty, Maker of heaven and earth, and of all things visible and invisible. And in one Lord Jesus Christ, the only-begotten Son of God, begotten of the Father before all worlds; God of God, Light of Light, very God of very God; begotten, not made, being of one substance with the Father, by whom all things were made.
Who, for us men for our salvation, came down from heaven, and was incarnate by the Holy Spirit of the virgin Mary, and was made man; and was crucified also for us under Pontius Pilate; He suffered and was buried; and the third day He rose again, according to the Scriptures; and ascended into heaven, and sits on the right hand of the Father; and He shall come again, with glory, to judge the quick and the dead; whose kingdom shall have no end.
I believe in the Holy Ghost, the Lord and Giver of Life; who proceedeth from the Father and the Son; who with the Father and the Son together is worshipped and glorified; who spoke by the prophets.I believe in one holy catholic and apostolic Church.
I acknowledge one baptism for the remission of sins; and I look for the resurrection of the dead, and the life of the world to come.
Amen.
Our Statement of Faith
At Cluster Church, we hold firmly to these beliefs:
There is one God: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit—three in one, working together in perfect unity. A triune God in a beautiful dance of unity evident today as in the beginning.
Jesus Christ, the Son of God, is central to our faith. We believe in His miraculous birth, His sinless life, the power of His miracles, and His sacrificial death on the cross. He rose from the dead, ascended to heaven, and now sits at the right hand of the Father, interceding for us. We also look forward to His promised return.
The Holy Spirit is active and at work in the world today. His fruits and gifts are available to the Church, empowering us to live out our faith and share God’s love with others.
The Bible is God’s living and everlasting word. It is infallible, authoritative, and provides the foundation for everything we believe and practice.
Evil exists in the form of the devil, a spiritual being opposed to God’s purposes. We are no obsessed with evil or living in fear, because we believe Christ overcame by his blood so we have authority.
Every person needs spiritual renewal. We believe that faith in Jesus Christ brings new life and restores our relationship with God.
The baptism of the Holy Spirit is a gift for all believers, equipping us to live boldly for Christ.
Baptism by full immersion in water and the Communion are sacraments that hold deep significance for believers, symbolising our faith and connection to Jesus.
The resurrection is a promise for all. Those who trust in Jesus will be raised to eternal life, while those who reject Him face judgement and eternal separation from God.
The Church is the body of Christ, made up of believers working together to fulfill the Great Commission. Every person has a role to play in building up the local church and sharing the good news of Jesus.
We welcome all irrespective of beliefs, modelling Jesus as an epitome of love and are very happy to listen and have a conversation.
At Cluster Church, these beliefs shape how we live, worship, and serve. They’re not just ideas we hold but truths we strive to embody in our everyday lives. If you’d like to learn more or have any questions, we’d love to chat with you!
